Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between oral symptoms and physical activity after COVID-19 among adolescents.

Methods: A total of 54,835 adolescents were included in our study.

Results: In this group of participants with decreased physical activity, the rates of experienced toothache, gingival bleeding, and tooth sensitivity were higher (57.0%, 56.0%, and 55.8%, respectively) than equaled or increased groups (p<0.001). The risk of toothache, gingival bleeding, experience of tooth sensitivity was 1.38 (95% CI: 1.31-1.47) times, 1.33 (95% CI: 1.25-1.42) times, 1.43 (95% CI: 1.35-1.50) times higher, respectively among participants with decreased physical activity after COVID-19.

Conclusions: We found that changes in physical activity among adolescents are related to oral symptoms.
